Le Département d'Etat m'informe que le Comte SPORZA, accompagné de son flls et son secrétaire M. ALURAGIA, quittera New York ... demain pour Afrique où il doit arriver le trois ou quatre octobre a Marrakech.

En absence d'instructions de votre part et dans impossibilité en recevoir (a présent), je n'ai cru pouvoir viser ces trois passeports.

J'ai dit au Département d'Etat que je (yous) avisera! du départ de ces trois personnes pour que les instructions utiles puissent etre données aux autorités de Marrakech.
