Mon rapport du 21 septembre indiquait accroissement continu des dépenses informations, insuffisance des crédits actuels et demandait instructions. Je suis obligé suspendre notre (revue) pro-(Alliés?) malgré son succès. Augmentation de 40% des salaires imposée par une loi ne correspond pas à accroissement très supérieur de la vie. D'autre part je dois vous signaler l'énorme (conourrence) américaine et anglaise. Les Anglais dépensent pour la radio (seule) 1900 (pesos) mensuellement, les Américains davantage, nous 1000. Je crois utile augmenter notre effort, je vous prie de me faire savoir décision au sujet du relèvement des crédits informations actuels de 10.000 (pesos). ... seraient nécessaires pour me permettre maintenir service actuel.
