Egalement en Argentine la collectivité libanaise estimée à une centaine de mille personnes a été très secouée par les nouvelles du Liban. L'ASSOCIATION PATRIOTIQUE LIBANAISE de Buenos-Ayres, la plus importante parmi la centaine de sociétés libanaises d'Argentine, surexcitée par les dépêches anglo-américaines a cru devoir envoyer aux ambassadeurs d'Angleterre et des E.U. ainsi qu'à M. CHURCHILL, M. ROOSEVELT et NAHAS PACHA des télégrammes blâmant la politique française au Liban. Mais le texte même des télégrammes n'a pas paru dans la presse. Par contre, cinq sociétés libanaises de la province de Mendoza (Part 2 not received).
