M. BERNSTEIN y déclare que le peuple de France
ne saurait être (organ)isé et qu'(il y a) des (millions)
qui souffrent quand des bateaux chargés de vivres à (destination)
de la France et de l'Afrique du Nord sont arrêtés pour des
raisons politiques.

M. BERNSTEIN fait naturellement une (exception) pour
l'œuvre des Free French mais il demande aussi que les Américains
aident les Quakers qui en France ont entrepris ... de secourir
les femmes et les enfants dont la situation est ... .
