Les journaux de ce matin n'accordent que quelques
lignes aux déclarations faites hier à titre officiel par
l'amiral LEANY à sa sortie de la White House. La déclaration
de l'amiral est fort tronquée et "l'espoir qu'ont les Français
de recevoir une aide venant d'Amérique" n'est pas mentionné.
... ... emploi ... reproduire en 1ère page,
en plus indiquer qu'elles proviennent "d'un diplomate important
admirablement renseigné sur les choses de France" les déclarations
faites à titre officiel par l'amiral LEANY:- "Un diplomate
déclare que la France est mûre pour un second front" écrit
en (2221) manchette le New York Herald Tribune. "La révolte
française se produira au moment de l'invasion américaine" telle
est l'en-tête du New York Times.

Telle paraît être à l'heure actuelle l'une
des préoccupations essentielles des " ... " américains. Ils
ont attribué la même signification aux déclarations ... obtenues
hier du 26dieur ROBERT LEBIDOIS à son arrivée à New York.
