(américain) et britannique prévoit qu'un département mensuel de 4,000 tonnes sera mis a la disposition des Sociétés de la Croix Rouge sur les bateaux suisses qui font le service New York-Lisbonne.

La répartition de ces 4,000 tonnes a été fixée (comme) suit:- Croix Rouge britannique 2,000 tonnes; Croix Rouge canadienne 1,000 tonnes; Croix Rouge américaine 1,000 tonnes. Les 1,000 tonnes de la Croix Rouge américaine sont affectées aux prisonniers de toute nationalité.
$2^{0}$. Le représentant aux E.U. du Comité ... de la Croix Rouge m'avise qu'a l'heure actuelle il ignore encore s'il pourra disposer d'un bateau pour assurer les transports au profit des prisonniers de guerre.
