(2250) Un comité privé a été créé hier à New York pour l'étude des problèmes de l'après-guerre appliqués à l'Afrique.

Ce comité groupe un certain nombre de docteurs américains de race blanche et noire (experts) dans l'étude de l'Afrique, et est placé sous la direction du Révérend PHILPS STOKES. Le principal (représentant) étranger du mouvement est l'érudit britannique, JULIAN HUXLEY. Ce comité doit faire paraître en juin un rapport indiquant "comment la Charte de l'Atlantique pourra être appliquée aux problèmes de l'Afrique". Il est (probable) que seuls les problèmes de l'Afrique au sud du Sahara seront examinés par le comité.
