Ayant demandé à mon collègue des H.U. un visa de transit pour M. GALLAT, consul à Vancouver, nommé secrétaire d'ambassade à Guatemala, sa femme et sa fille âgés de dix ans, celui-ci me fait observer que ces visas ne peuvent être obtenus que par l'intermédiaire de votre ambassade.

Je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de bien vouloir faire aboutir cette demande. M. GALLAT devra probablement séjourner ... à New York pour attendre un bateau.
