La Commission allemande d'Armistice vient de faire savoir au gouvernement français qu'en raison de l'extension à la côte atlantique des E.U. de la zone des opérations, les navires marchands français des lignes E.U. - Casablanca et Antilles-E.U. devront désormais suivre une route maritime aboutant aux ports américains du golfe du Mexique.

A titre d'exception:-
A) Les navires français se trouvant dans les ports de la côte est seront autorisés à appareiller à ... des ports français, ils devront toutefois à l'occasion de leur retour aux E.U. ... un port du golfe.
B) L'autorisation déjà donnée pour les voyages d'aller et de retour du MONT EVERETT est confirmée et le ... (1335) d'aller fixé pour ce navire demeure ... .
