Le programe d'action politique d'après-guerre exposé hier par monsieur DE GAULLE ne fait dans la presse de ce matin l'objet que d'un seul commentaire favorable:- celui d'un éditorial du New York Herald Tribune. "C'est une véritable déclaration de l'indépendance française que le général DE GAULLE a publiée hier, écrit ce journal. C'est un appel aux Frangais de se débarasser de leur gouvernement et de reconquérir la liberté au orf de ... liberté, égalité, fraternité."
(Tout en) oubllant que c'est précisément le correspondant de Londres (du) même journal qui dócrlait hier la publication de ce rapport comme une manouvre politique, l'éditorial déclare: "Ce manifeste n'est pas plus politique que ne l'était la déclaration américaine d'indépendance: c'est le crédo auquel tous les ... Prangais devraient adhérer".
