1) La C.A.A. venant d'autoriser le départ d'"OUESSANT" pour Norfolk, l'Amirauté a fixé en principe ce départ au 15 juillet.

2) L'Amirauté ne voit pas d'objection au voyage du navire à Ouraga après son séjour à Norfolk.

Elle adresse dans ce sens une demande d'autorisation de mouvement à la C.A.A.

3) Les mouvements de "NOIRNOUTIER" (1425) peuvent être indépendants de ceux d'"OUESSANT" aussi bien entre New-York et Aruba qu'entre ce dernier port et Casablanca.

L'Amirauté est disposée à autoriser l'appareillage de ce navire pour Aruba dès qu'elle aura reçu l'avis favorable de la C.A.A.

Vous en serez ainsi que votre attaché naval aussitôt informé.
