L'Amirautó serait en conséquence disposée à autoriser la
vente "à réméré" de l'INDIANA à la "... pour les transports de la Croix Rouge", étant entendu que:-

1) L'INDIANA reviendrait à ses propriétaires à la fin des hostilities.
2) Les envois à destination des prisonniers français et des populations civiles franģeises jouiraient d'une priorite de transport à bord de ce navire.
3) Le comité franco-américain de la Croix Rouge se changerait de toutes les démarches auprès des belligérants en vue d'obtenir leur approbation:-
A) à la vente "à réméré" de l'INDIANA dans les conditions ci-dessus Indiquées à la "..." sus-mentionnée.
B) au libre passage de ce navire entre les E.U. et Marseille pour des transports de Croix Rouge avec priorité visée au paragraphe II ci-dessus.
4) Le comité franco-américain de la Croix Rouge interviendrait auprès du Gouvernement américain pour que:-
