d'ouvrir dans diverses capitales américaines des bureaux qui exerceraient
en fait les attributions (dév)olues aux consulats (.... délivrance de
passcports, d'actes d'... etc.).

Au cas of les éléments aullistes du pays de votre résidence se
livreraient aux mêmes activités, vous saisirez immédiatement les autorités
de la question en mettant en ... le caractère ... de telles activités
dirigées contre le Gouvernement de l'Etat français. Je vous prie de me
mettre au courant et j'attireral également l'attention du représentant en
France du gouvernement auprès duquel vous êtes accrédité sur la nécessité
de mettre fin à cette menée.
