Comme je vous l'ai indiqué dans mon télégramme précédent, on n'a encore envoyé aucun crédit en faveur de M. GUERIN, n'étant autorisé par V.E. qu'à faire des avances de 600 dollars par mois à l'intéressé et les ressources de ce dernier devant être ... à la fin du mois de juillet à la suite des avances qu'il a faites. Je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de bien vouloir intervenir pour mettre fin à ces retards, d'autant plus (regrettables) que M. GUERIN n'a cessé de (manifester) au cours des deux derniers mois une activité rare pour la reprise du ravitaillement de l'Afrique du Nord et pour le ... des opérations qu'il comporte.
