Pour le conseil commercial de la part du Ministère des Finances.

L'équipage (du S. M. "D'ARTAGNAN" a débarqué à Kobe une certaine quantité de pièces de tissu de soie achetée à M. P. ... ILLHUX à Lyon, sous-traitant d'un marché ... par le Ministère de l'Armement avec (l'idée) (420) de signaler qu'il paraît possible de revendre 1.000 de ces pièces, au prix de 20.000 yen. Il en résulterait une perte pour la trésorerie de 17.000 yen.

Pour me permettre d'apprécier la suite qu'il convient d'accorder à cette proposition, je vous serais obligé de bien vouloir me renseigner sur la situation actuelle du marché des tissus de soie au Japon (et de me) faire part de vos sentiments sur l'intérêt de l'offre sus-mentionnée.
