Le Gouvernement frangals n'a pas d'objection à la mise
à la disposition du Consul des E.U. à Casablanca en vue de leur transport à Lisbonne et de leur ré-expédition aux E.U. chargés d'huile d'olive portugaise des 8,000 futts métalliques qui serviront à l'expédition du pétrole lampant de Cumaçao à Casablanca.

Je vous rappelle à ce propos que nous prenons aote de l'assurance qui vous a été donnée par le Département d'Etat et suivant laquelle, après leur retour aux E.U., les futts seront utilisés pour l'expédition en A.P.N. de nouvelles quantités de (1482) pétrole lampant, de bral et d'autres produits (votre t61.2550 à $54^{x x}$ III A ).

Je vous serais obligé de marquer d'autre part qu'en raison de l'encombrement des navires français effectuant le voyage Casablancs-Lisbonne, les fite vides devraient etre
