Certaines indications en provenance de Fort de France laissant supposer à l'attaché naval que l'aceord donné par la C.A.A. au retour de l'ANGOULEME à la Nouvelle-Orléans serait conditionné par l'assurance préalable que ce vaisseau sera autorisé à faire un second voyage, j'attacherais du prix à être fixé sur ce point avant d'effectuer la démarche prescrite par le $2^{\circ}$ de votre télégramme $1475-77^{\mathbf{x}}$.

Je souhaiterais savoir d'autre part, si je suis autorisé à accepter, au cas od la suggestion m'en serait faite, le principe de l'alternance entre les voyages de l'ANGOULEME et du GUADELOUPE, que la rédaction du $2^{\circ}$ du même télégramme parait admettre.
