Pour la Croix Rouge française et l'... mon no. 567.

La délégation aux E.U. du comité franco-américain de la Croix Rouge
m'a notifié que le Ministry of Economic Warfare &amp; Londres avait accepté avec
effet ... ... 1er octobre 1941 une augmentation mensuelle de 200 tonnes du
contingent de viande pour les prisonniers.

Les achats ont été effectués jusqu'ici sur la base de 300 tonnes
d'octobre &amp; mars et 500 tonnes depuis lors, compte tenu des 950 tonnes
d'Amérique du Sud.

En conséquence j'adresse à la Croix Rouge américaine un ordre d'achat
de 1.000 tonnes correspondant à 200 tonnes supplémentaires par mois du 1er
octobre 1941 au 1er mars.
