Le Département d'Etat vient de me faire savoir qu'il n'avait pas d'objection à ce que SEGAL-ALGER assure entre les trois réseaux nordafricains la distribution des 2,000 tonnes de charbon que l'ILE D'OUESSANT doit décharger à Casablanca.

Le reste, soit 3,000 tonnes, doit être déchargé à Tanger.
Le ministre de la Guerre économique insiste, en effet, pour que la réduction de 6,000 à 5,000 tonnes de la cargaison de charbon, résultant de 1'... (2913) de 8,000 tonnes de pétrole lampant, soit supportée par les chemins de fer de Maroc et non par le Tanger-Pez.

Je ne crois pas qu'il soit opportun d'essayer de faire revenir le Gouvernement des E.U. sur cette décision.
