Mon t61.867, Diplomatie 692, du 27 juillet.
La Croix Rouge américaine m'indique que 1, (6)32 tonnes de conserves de viande destinées aux prisonniers français seraient actuellement accumul6es à Lisbonne.

J'attacherais un grand prix à être mis à même de fournir à la Croix Rouge des éclaircissements sur cette situation dont elle paraît s'étonner.

L'existence même temporaire de stocks au Portugal pourrait risquer en effet d'avoir des (répercussions) sur la cadence déjà fort limit6s des achats et des exp6ditions auxquels il est procédé pour notre compte.
