A la suite de la campagne faite par divers groupes chinois et des personnalités amies de la Chine, comme PEARL (SUC)K, le Gouvernement américain vient de modifier les réglements d'immigration) interdisant ... aux matelots chinois de débarquer aux E.U. pendant les (escales) de leurs navires.

La presse rappelle en même temps qu'â la suite d'un accord conclu à Londres au mois de mai entre les gouvernements britanniques et chinois le salaire (mensuel) des matelots chinois sur les navires britanniques a été porté de 40 à 80 (2933) dollars.

Ces mesures constituent une première (atténuation) aux ... dont se ... les Chinois comme membres des NationsUnies et en invoquant la Charte de l'Atlantique.
