1°: M. PAUL FULLER DUVIVIER a été employé au ... nommé auxiliaire, puis vice-consul au consulat de Terre-Neuve, actuellement attaché au Département d'Etat.

II°: M. KELLER FAUS a été auxiliaire à l'Ambassade américaine à Paris, chargé de la protection des Américains, transféré à l'Ambassade américaine à Vichy en août 1940, revenu aux E.U. en mai 1942, 11 terminés son congé.

III°: Mlle WANDERBILT, employée au Département d'Agriculture du North Dakota, puis à Washington. Depuis juin 1942, auxiliaire au Département d'Etat.
