Un éditorial de ce matin au NEWS SYNDICATE insiste sur la misère
qui attend l'Europe à la veille d'un quatrième hiver de guerre. L'é di-
torial décrit la décision qui aurait été prise en France de supprimer les
exercises physiques et les sports dans les écoles de France par suite de
l'insuffisance des rations alimentaires:- "Pourquoi ne tenterons-nous pas,
en leur faveur et en celle des autres peuples affamés d'Europe une nouvelle
expérience HOOVER qui avait si bien réussi en Europe occupée entre (1914)
et 1918? Les peuples conquis seraient plus favorables à la cause des all-
Iés s'ils savaient que nous avons fait tout au monde pour les ravitailler,
et que leurs misères sont dues à HITLEK seul et non à notre blocus."
