immédiat du MONT EVEREST &amp; New York (votre tél. 1889xx) nous ne
(pouvons) sans inconvénient grave revenir sur cet engagement en propos-
ant que l'affrètement au C.I.C.R. commence à partir de (... à) Marseille.

Je demande dès maintenant au Département d'Etat son accord
de principe sur l'affrètement du MONT EVEREST au C.I.C.R. après son
retour aux E.U.

Une nouvelle démarche pourrait être effectuée utilement
si le Gouvernement fédéral pouvait être intéressé par une proposition
... ne retardant pas le départ du navire, telle par exemple que le
transport de Manille de ... politiques à destination des E.U.
