La presse de ce matin publie la loi d'utilisation et d'organisation du travail dont le texte lui est communiqué par l'agence United Press.

Elle le fait généralement sous le titre "Conscription de travail force pour Allemagne".

Cette interprétation de la loi nouvelle se base sur un comuniqué Agence Havas rappelant la nécessité urgents de recruter de la (main-d'oeuvre) pour les usines allemandes en échange de la libération de prisonniers de guerre.

Cependant les dépôches ne donnent pas le texte intégral de ce comnuniqué Agence "avas.

Je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de bien vouloir me donner à cet égard toute précision qu'elle jugerait utile.
