En raison du relèvement des traitements des petits fonctionnaires locaux nécessité par l'augmentation du coût de la vie (mon tél. 432²) je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de bien vouloir m'autoriser à relever le traitement des dactylos.

Mlle. KLEIN, excellente secrétaire, encore jamais augmentée depuis six ans recevrait $150. par mois au lieu de $128., les conditions indiquées par la lettre numéro 10 du 20 janvier dernier du Département à notre consul à Winnipeg se trouvant aujourd'hui remplies. Les deux autres profiteraient de relèvements supplémentaires de 10 et 5 dollars pour tenir compte de leur ancienneté.
