I Les avoirs privés américains en 8ne non-occupée ne sont soumis à
aucune mesure spécifique de contrôle ou de blocage. Seule la réglementation
générale française du contrôle des changes à application.

II Nous ignorons de quelle façon l'ambassade et les consulatts des E.U.
seront alimentés en francs français, étant donné qu'aucun contrôle n'est
exergé à cet égard.

III La réglementation appliquée dans l'empire (677) est la même que
celle qui est en vigueur dans la zone non-occupée de la métropole. Nous
ignorons également comment sont alimentés en francs français les consulatts
américains en Afrique du Nord et les observateurs détachés (aux) trois
territoires en exécution de l'accord de ravitaillement.
