Depuis le 1er juillet un décret cubain a établi une
(taxe) obligatoire d'un demi-centre d'(entrée) (et de) sortie
de correspondance, sous forme d'un timbre spécial représentant
un (V).

L'administration des postes se demande si les
lettres et imprimés ainsi (taxes) expédiés par voie aérienne ou
ordinaire, sont envoyés sans difficulté à leur destination en France
non -occupée.

Je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de bien vouloir
me mettre en mesure de répondre au ministère
d'Etat.
