Depuis 17 novembre (il est impossible d') envoyer télégrammes de presse et privés vers la France, les P.T.T. français ayant, en attendant les autorisations, considéré que la France cessait désormais d'accepter des télégrammes de cette nature.

Je vous prie d'intervenir, si cela est possible, pour le rétablissement d'un service normal de Tokyo à Vichy.
