Vous serez obligé de examiner si offre est sérieuse et réalisable et obtenir accord autorités argentines et autorités locales anglo-américaines de blocus. Opération envisagée ne paraît pas devoir soulever objectives du Gouvernement américain à la suite des accords que j'ai passé avec lui. Les marchandises seraient payées en dollars par transfert de New York avec accord de la trésorerie américaine. Prise d'accuser réception.
