I. Accepte solution offerte par votre message 1651 à 53, 28 novembre, pour assurance corps risques de guerre. Pour assurance corps risques maritimes ordinaires, difficultés obtenir renseignements exigés et taux élevés ne conduisent à ne pas (exiger) obligation assurance.

II. Adopterai donc formule assurance marchandises risques de guerre pour assurance corps risques de guerre en supprimant obligation préalable assurance risques maritimes ordinaires. Je vous demande accord sur ce point.

III. Prise de me confirmer numéros comptes spéciaux auxquels primes devront être constatées.
