Referring to your telegram No. 152.
This legation learns from the representative of the Havas News Agency that the name "Havas (etranger ?)" has never been registered and custom has consecrated its use. He advises us also that the name "teleradio" would be good, since it is not used now and could not be used as a literary or commercial title. Also, when the new Company is announced it will have free entry in the --- the value of which has been demonstrated, since we have a representative in each of our territories.
