"After 30 refused and 5 accepted I have asked for two (who would go ?), --- has agreed and Lescope refers the matter to his superior who will get $500 on account. The remaining $1000 will be credited to the account of the college in Montreal. I ask for your consent to this arrangement. Signed Canon Mejesaze."

Canon Mejesaze has not received any letters from Abbe Lemoine since March.
