Message No. 383.
Canon MEJECARE wishes to inform Your Excellency that he will return by Clipper on the 28th, satisfied with his mission. He joins with me in begging the Department to send without delay the second of the two subventions for building Stanislas College, as we were led to believe the government would do in your telegram No. 184 (D-79). The delay which was announced in your telegram No. 207 (D-120) has aroused (resentment here ?) as the Canon will explain in detail. The Provincial of Quebec had to raise a new sum of $25,000 about two weeks ago.
RISKELHUER.
