Persons making payments abroad from the country of your residence can still do so, in spite of restrictions on funds, by means of payments made into your chancery. Such persons will deposit in cash (administrative account) the equivalent sum at the current rate of exchange in American money and will be credited with the appropriate number of francs. (The relation between the two currencies shall be calculated at the official rate of exchange for the country in which you reside if such a rate is quoted, if not, the rate is to be calculated on the basis of the rate in American dollars of the country in question and based on the rate of exchange between the country of your residence and the United States.
