Message No. 394.

I am sending today by air mail a list of the credits which will be necessary for the support of our posts in 1942. Those for intermediaries (auxiliaries), money for subscriptions (abonnement) and costs of couriers show (an increase ?), as well as those for travelling expenses which only include trips to Montreal, Quebec and Toronto, since circumstances make it essential (to keep a close contact ?) between the location and our agents. I would imagine that the cost of travelling back and forth as far as Winnipeg and Vancouver would amount to about (500,000 ?) francs. Against all this however our income from real estate particularly amounts to ---. I am asking for --- francs from the United States.

RISTELMUHNER.
