Canon MEJECAZE, Secretary of Stanislas
College, who is returning to France after a
visit to Canada is to fly by Clipper to Lisbon
on October 26.

I would be grateful if you would inter-
view the Foreign Minister of (Portugal?) and
have him urgently request his consul in New York
to issue a visa to the passport of our compatriot,
who has already obtained a Spanish visa.
