The evening papers publish telegrams of
(congratulation ?) sent to the minister of
External Affairs by the consuls of several
governments, notably those representing the
following countries: Germany, ----, ----
and Japan whose Chief of State has already
sent messages to him. M. (ROSENTEI ?) would
certainly be very glad of some sign from our
government.
