Referring to your telegram No. 2.²

According to the instructions of the Minister of Finance M. Le FORTE, the following regulations will govern the financing of your chancellery.

You will receive from him 14,219 francs 90 for December.

From January 1 your salary will be increased by 11,917 francs made up as follows: net salary 2,350 francs, ..., extra subvention of 2,450 francs. The rate of exchange is 116 for 100.
