Par lettre du 9 decembre la société de
... électrielté de la moyenne D'INDOGNE a demandé
aux services commerciaux de se charger de la vente
aux Etats-Unis de 3 ... nières défendues par
l'établissement BALLOT en juin 1940 mais qui n'ont
pu être expédiées en ... . La loi du 22 octobre
1940 confiant à l'attaché financier les opérations
de cette nature, je me propose de traiter cette
question et je vous prie d'en aviser la société.
Le matériel est actuellement sous la garde du
transitaire FREDERIC MENJES. Pour un permis d'en
effectuer la vente il serait nécessaire que la
propriétaire me fit parvenir un pouvoir au nom
de l'attaché financier. D'après un document
iméricain le propriétaire serait l'établissement
