Votre télégramme 50. Mes efforts pour amener M. CORDELL MULL à faire rapporter l'inscription d'Aire-France sur la liste moire sont demeurés vains. Il m'a dit avoir étudié personnellement le ... et en avait retiré la certitude que notre compagnie avait cédé de l'essence à la con ... en Argentine. J'ai demandé ... moins la trésorerie de blocus le crédit nécessaire pour accorder des indemnités de lícense au personnel local employé et pour rapatrier les français ou pour continuer à payer ceux d'entre eux auxquels les services anglais refuseraient le passage.
