Le résultat des 4 élections d'hier est un grand succès pour le gouvernement.

Non seulement les 3 libéraux ont été (élu?) mais le candidat conservateur désigné comme nouveau chef du parti a été battu de plus de 4,000 votes par un socialisant aux environs de Toronto (centre?) de la finance et de l'influence britannique. A la surprise générale est ainsi éloigné de la stène politique un homme de valeur, sur l'esprit combatif duquel l'opposition comptait pour ... la lutte contre M. MACKENZIE KING.

Outre ce ... ..., sont à signaler: Les ... constants des socialisants C.C.F. qui tiennent à prendre la place des conservateurs comme parti d'opposition (ma lettre 162 du 3 novembre).
