La suspension du service de navigation Portugal-E.U. de l'American Export Line a amené l'interruption de la voie maritime pour le courier poste destiné (aux) pays d'Amerique. Jusqu'au rétablissement d'une voie directe, l'office poste français s'est mis (d'accord) avec office poste britannique pour envoyer le courier provenant de la France non occupée par la voie Lisbonne - Angleterre. Le courier sera limité aux correspondances de première catégorie (lettres et poste) ordinaires et recommandés ne dépassant pas 100 grammes. Veuillez demander au gouvernement américain de donner les instructions nécessaires pour que son office poste utilise cette voie en inversion.
