à Toronto, en rejettent la responsabilité sur la France, qui a permis cette lourde de-faite en livrant au Japon les bases navales de l'Indo-Chins. (Ils formulent d'ailleurs des accusations du même genre en ce qui concerne Tunis et Dakar à propos coulage dans les Antilles.) Tout ceci provoque la reprise de la campagne contre le maintien de cette légation. Les journaux de langue française s'opposent plus energiquement encore à l'envol de troupes outre-mer.
