à leur être ... imposée et j'ai conclu en faisant ressortir
... haut intérêt à ce que des secours soient rapidement
envoyés avec la coopération active des E.U.

J'ai fait la proposition précise que les 250
tonnes de viandes achetées aux E.U. et destinées aux
prisonniers soient chargées par priorité sur le paquebôt
portugais "Serpa Pinto" dont le (départ?) est prévu de
New York vers le 25 février, ou (encore?) sur le navire
français "Monteverest" dont je demande l'appareillage
prochain avec la cargaison du Cap Ulin.

Le ministre de Portugal à Washington a bien
voulu me ... pour la réalisation de la première solution
son bienveillant concours.
