Le gouvernement français avait consenti au ... en Afrique du nord sous les conditions suivantes:-
a) ravitaillement de l'AFN et de la zone non occupée.
b) garantie que ... ... nouveau de navire marchand
français ne serait effectué par les forces britanniques.
Ces (deux?) conditions n'ont pas (été?) remplies.
En outre:-
A--(1) Ravitaillement de la zone non occupée. Ce
ravitaillement n'a jamais été organisé. Seulement 4
navires ont apporté des envois de la Croix Rouge
américaine entre le 12 mars et la 4 mai 1941.
(2) Ravitaillement de l' AFN.
(a) Le ravitaillement en ... liquide est
arrêté depuis le 16 octobre 1941 date de
l'arrivée de la ... à Casablanca.
(b) Le ravitaillement en matières commerciales
n'a comporté que 6 navires arrivés à Casa-
blanca, depuis le 17 octobre 1941.
