Notre ministre à Montevideo vient de m'aviser que 25,710 caisses de corned-beef et 14,710 caisses de conserve de bœuf assaisonné ont été expédiées à la Croix Rouge internationale à Lisbonne sous navicart britannique sur le Monte Corbea qui a quitté Uruguay le 22 février.

Le département que j'ai tenu au courant de cette expédition donnera les instructions nécessaires pour qu'un navire français puisse assurer le transport à Marseille de cette cargaison de conserve au sujet de laquelle le Colonel ISMIN, représentant de la Croix Rouge internationale, se mettra sans doute en rapport (avec vous?).
