Mon tél. 529-535 paragraphe I et III. De la part de la compagnie, M. MORIN de LINDYS devra s'efforcer d'obtenir que les sommes versées en contre-valeur de la Normandie ne fassent l'objet d'aucune mesure de blocage et dans tout cas qu'elles puissent être converties en or ou en titres américains.

D'autre part, au cas de perte définitive de la Normandie (paragraphe III) et quant à la mode de règlement adoptée, l'indemnité définie au paragraphe II - (a) sera dûe par le gouvernement des E.U. pour la durée de privé de jouir, soit depuis la date de saisie jusqu'à la date du règlement.
