I have passed on your instructions to the captain of the MERCPE which is now at ... He told me that he had made the offer on Thursday to the ... The latter, not having yet made up their minds, he is planning to leave to-day for Minatitlan and to stay there from ... to the evening of ....

The suggestion made by the office of ... in to the office in Mexico City had been that the MERCPE should return to - load a cargo for Glenfuegos. In case of acceptance, the MERCPE will return to - on March 12.
