Les télégrammes suivants rendent compte à V.E. de ma conversation ... avec M. CORDELL HULL.

Cette entrevue a eu lieu dans une atmosphère désormais ... par les fausses nouvelles originant des sources les plus variées. Celle de la (U.R.S.S.) concernant la livraison aux Allemands de 80 navires de guerre français a fait l'objet de commentaires ... en vue de la réserve formulée hier à ce sujet par M. CORDELL HULL à sa conférence de presse.

L'occupation redoutée de Madagascar par les Japonais a également mis en veine tous les éditeurs hostiles à notre gouvernement.

M. CORDELL HULL a fait ce matin une déclaration indiquant qu'il ... ait des assurances diamétralement opposées aux craintes que les journalistes (accrédités ?) lui exprimaient à ce propos. Le ministre par intérim se référait ainsi au télégramme de l'amiral LEARY (continued)
